Casa Maca

The in-house restaurant at Casa Maca is a destination in itself. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the menus fuse global gastronomy with local, organic ingredients - and none more local than those grown on our onsite organic farm. Hotel guests, islanders and holidaymakers alike are invited to take a seat on the bright, airy terrace for breakfast and lunch, soaking up the magical Mediterranean ambience and those spectacular Dalt Vila views. Breakfast is also served until 12pm, which for those sampling the island’s nightlife or just taking it very easy, is always appreciated.

Evenings are at the open air dining space, which sits right next to the farm and plays host to an impressive grill. Fresh meat, fish and farm-grown vegetables hang over an open fire. Diners relax to a soundtrack of live artists and DJs playing chillout music with a world influence twist while sipping on cocktails served from the aluminium Airstream bar. This space and its special atmosphere is evocative of the energy the island is so well known for.
