The former owners of the French restaurant Pastis, known for their faces sommelier Martin, chef Armel, and his Brazilian wife and also hostess Giselle, have now opened a French "canteen" called L'Apero (French for aperitif) at a different location in the heart of Ibiza. Unfortunately, Pastis had to close in 2019 due to a doubling of the rent by the landlord. At L'Apero, prices are much lower than at Pastis, and there is a relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes the music is loud and it gets crowded, but it can also happen that customers spontaneously start dancing on tables.
